technological advance over the paper-based Amsler Grid test, which is currently the only option for
routine screening for AMD. Macustat uses improved precision technology
with automated dynamic testing in addition to integrated physiologic tests such as threshold perimetry,

You can test with Macustat right from home by signing up with our service. Tests can be purchased through your doctor or online. Results are reviewed promptly by Macustat specialists and are sent to you via
e-mail. Your doctor can also access your test reports online.
If you take Macustat in the doctor's office, it may be covered by your insurance. Home testing is generally
not covered. Individual price may vary depending on doctor participation.
We recommend that you use our service with the guidance and supervision of your doctor, if their
